The Superior Ink penthouse is now on the market for (LOL) $39.5 million - or $6,249/sft. It was in contract in Dec 2007 for $26.5 Million - $4,192/sft. What planet are they on?!!.

unless therr are some plumbing risers in the squares by the windows, (or elsewhere) I don' know who you can do a build-out with a decent floorplan with just those two baths there.
