why is there a telephone directly next to the toilet? I hope the person on the other end does not hear all of the sounds, if you get my drift.

Oh dear, look up the building for that first one, and you'll see that this unit is hoping to get $750K in the auction, but the person selling 4 floors below is asking for $2M. Don't know what's worse: that or the fact that the broker on the $2M unit is named Ponz...

looks messy, even more so when they see that I picked it up for 300k.
