Discussion about Village Green at 311 East 11th Street in East Village
Ive purchased an apt in this building and am excited to move in. A little worried about it being at least 60-75% occupied when I go to get a mortgage. Anybody else concerned? Anybody who has purchased or is considering purchasing interested in meeting for a beer? Its nly a few months away from completion!!!

That's why it's called a "green" building: since all the purchasers will have to put more green into it in order to close.
