For those of you just joining streeteasy, Riversider posts irrelevant political articles on streeteasy very frequently and than takes corresponding absurd positions associated with those political articles. He likes to play "devil's" advocate, as if that is noble. The next day he takes a totally different position. It would be ok if it were limited to once in a blue moon, but several times a day every day... too much for us.

apparently drove one to the mumble tank. but that's not 100% correct. My opinions are far more complex. You can be free market and yet recognize a need for strong gov't regulation, especially when large institutions have advantages by their too big too fail role.

For those of you just joining streeteasy, columbiacounty is angry at everyone unless a particular person is equally angry at the world and others on streeteasy. He occasionally picks another poster and follows that poster around for weeks shouting accusations or calling names. The oddest was the several month period when he kept shouting at people for having a flat screen tv up their asses.

so...you're a brand new name? latest entrant? and an expert?

i love streeteasy. i went to the four hour othello twice this week. there is far more drama here.

note that bc parker and jumbunch1 have just appeared for the first time...suspect they will be going away soon?

Riversider doesn't always lie. When it wiggles its ears, it's telling the truth. When it touches its nose, it's being honest. When it rubs its belly, veritas.

But when its fingers start striking the keyboard ...

I think it is more of a time issue that pushes columbiacounty over the edge, rather than a specific statement. Generally between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 11:59:59PM is what is columbiacounty's anger period during the day.

Unfortunately that time also happens to overlap with the time period when Riversider is likely to post intelligible spam on streeteasy, creating the perfect storm.
