In this article, a broker is complaining that his listing, #20C 10 West Street, at the Ritz Carlton hasn't sold in over a year. The price was raised 6 weeks ago by $67,000 to $1.785,000. Well, the exact apt at 19C recently sold for $1,430,000. What do you think his marketing problem could be.

I think it is silly to complain about the land leases in the article, because unlike everywhere else, there is more security associated with the leases in BPC.
