The guy is talking national. Not sure he's right, but not insane.
Pretending this is Manhattan, though...
didn't deutsche just recently issue a report saying re is going to continue going down?
that was manhattan specifically.
Oh, well then everything's grrrrrrreat! As long as prices do well nationally we have nothing to worry about here......... ummmmmm........
things are coming around
Well he was 2 years early, because prices are still falling.
marco, whatever the guy gave you to smoke, please smoke it at night, not in the morning. your hallucinations are making you sound like a typical broker.

Mr. Joseph A. LaVorgna is currently Chief US Fixed Income Economist at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. He will concentrate on macroeconomic analysis of the U.S. fixed income markets. Mr. LaVorgna joined Deutsche Bank's global markets research team as a Senior Economist in 1997. He had been a Vice President in Lehman Brothers Inc.'s fixed income division. Prior to Lehman, he was an economist at UBS Securities LLC.
It appears that at Deutsche Bank you don't even have to hit the side of the barn....I don't even think you have to hit the farm.
Are they taking applications?
I could do this job not one ounce worse.
