Discussion about
Glad to see they reduced the price a whole $45K after a stupid price increase. Try taking another $2-3mm off and you might sell it.

Sold for $2.825mm on 5/14/04. Prices are at or below May 2004 so they need to reduce the asking price a solid $3mm.

Time to chop again big guy. A lot of good competition is starting to pop up in Georgica at around $3-4mm asking.

Brand new house with 7,800 sq ft, pool and tennis court right around the corner for $3mm (and they'll take a lot less than asking) more than this piece of crap. This seller needs to get real.

If you're going to bother cutting the price to actually sell this thing I would go with a $2.5mm reduction to $3mm rather than slicing off a sliver of $450K. Just my two cents.

Just cut it to $3mm and get it over with. Strategically I think you're better off doing that and trying to create some actual interest as opposed to cutting a couple hundred thousand every couple of months.
