It's a beautiful building with a great location and great pre-war-like layouts. If I were a multi-millionaire who needed a downtown pied-a-terre to complement my South of France castle, Nantucket cottage and Aspen chalet, it would be on my short list.
Alas, I am but a lowly working stiff.

They look absolutely fabulous, but it's interesting that they are not putting room dimensions on the floorplans. Possibly might turn some prospective buyers from coming in if they knew room sizes are small for enormous prices?

Probably my favorite condo building in the city. I used to live down the block when they were starting construction and was constantly fascinated by it. In my opinion, location is top-notch, design and finishes is superb, and layouts are great. ph41, some of the second bedrooms in the 2BR apartments are a bit smaller than you might expect, but perfectly reasonable. The only problem here, not surprisingly, is the pricing - it's way out of most people's ranges. One can dream though...

Yeah, nice plans. Axial and all. On the PDF version of the plans at 211elizabeth.com or wherever, dimensions are noted separately. In the south line LR is 13'10" wide, bedrooms a bit narrower.

Now that I've looked at all six plans, the rooms are sort of small, but not by most new-construction standards.

Very nice presentation, though. The plans look hand-drawn.
