Aside from the building being fugly, I don't understand how a one bedroom in a fine but not exciting location with no spectacular features (terrace, killer view, exceptional amenties) could be worth $800K in today's market. I don't know the UES that well so maybe I am underestimate but based on other areas it seems agressive even if its been reduced from delusional.

Is it just me, or does the OP's comment seem little suspicious (i.e., shill-y) given how long the apt has been on the market and how unestablished OP is?
