I signed a lease for this building and the lease was supposed to begin on October 1. The building still does not have a certificate of occupancy and they are giving me the runaround with respect to cancelling the lease and getting my money back. I am in the process of hiring an attorney to handle this matter for me because the company that owns the building is not cooperating. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE IN THIS BUILDING.
