So -- I am moving my rental since the market has fallen so much. I started asking in July to no avail -- to early to know about a November 1. I poked around in September -- some discussions -- owners almost could not be bothered. Well, This week -- calles flooding in from all five of the places I visited -- more space, more light, better views, lower prices... WORTH THE WAIT.

Im looking in Chelsea and a quick look through StreetEasy rentals and I am seeing MUCH lower prices than a year ago or even a month ago

Enjoy the savings!!!!! Foxie!!!!! I'll take all the credit.

FYI. When the recent 'buyer' lemmings see a comparable rental at 50% of their carry, they r gonna kick themselves in the place where it hurts most. Yep, their wallets. On the se gathering. Id like a more intimate setup with some regulars. Maybe oct 24 to early november. We will be gone for an extended vaca. One of the great perks of saving like a loon on a rental!!!!!
