Discussion about
might be hard to compare as many probably only deal with 1 or 2 their lives for their main residence..but when i look at investor props and i see a specific RE management co listed i cringe and subconsciously step back from the deal a bit.. im with ellimanpru, and despite being in a lux highrise their responses have been on the side of incompetent, passing your call like a hot potato.. but to be fair this might be building/nabe/division based and the counter would be that all nyc re management firms are like this (i wouldn't know)..any good experiences from other management co's?

Lived in a Related building---the lease signing was a pain, but once we moved in they were great.

I think you have to distinguish between self-managed properties and "third party" management firms.
