Is is legal/ethical for a broker not to change a listing status to "under contract" when the status changes (both on SE and elliman)? I emailed the broker about this listing and he says its under contract, would I like to see anything else? he has made this claim for almost a year now and I have never heard back on formal offers I submitted to him
