I think it will eventually get there, but its gonna take a long time.

Too much built too fast, and there is still just a lot of physical space along 4th that needs to changeover. And you still have uhauls and all things like that.

I think if it didn't hit critical mass in this boom, it has to wait until at least the next boom.

pretty good bang for ur buck for new construction condo's though I think. maybe even better in a couple months.

bang for the buck means you get a lot for a little. I agree that the prices are lower, but I don't think you're getting much. Its not manhattan, and its not a prime brooklyn area. Brownsville is cheap too, but that doesn't make it bang for the buck.
