Any insights as to the Subway noise or rumblings on that specific part of the block? It does grade down toward the water, and the subway would certainly be coming up toward the ground.

According to onNYturf's website, the subway tunnel is one whole block away, not directly underneath it.

I lived directly across the street from that building for ten years. Yes, there is some subway rumbling.

Actually, to be more accurate, I lived across the street from that ADDRESS for ten years. The building is only a few years old. I watched it and its twin townhouse next door being built.
