emily, i assume you're referring to the solow con ed site? it was discussed here recently. search solow and you'll find it. stalled, but i wouldn't buy something across the street for the view.

I would love to give this address when asked for the cross street: East 40th and Tunnel Entrance Street. At least that is the name according to Google maps.
