Discussion about

Close - a structure (as a cupola or a summerhouse) designed to command a view. I've seen it in print before wrt to NYC real estate (I think a PH on top of 225 or 285 CPW).

Anybody know the American Thread Building? I looked at a high floor space there a year or two ago, half was a sound studio, half living.
