The site looks great, but where are the rentals? you know... for the rest of us who live in New York but don't get 100K in bonuses each year.

who can afford this stuff? I love New York but this is ridiculous. Maybe I can come back to my hometown and find a reasonable condo God's willing (there I put it into the universe!)

Interesting piece in NYT this weekend (http://www.nytimes.com/2006/06/04/realestate/04cov.html?_r=1&oref=slogin) on where to find inexpensive rentals in NYC.
