This building is owned by the infamous Guttman which worries me. The apartments look nice but I am concerned with things falling apart and all of the problems (like at 50 Bridge) that you don't notice until you move in. People in the neighborhood have been suggesting I look at other buildings. Any opinions? We need to decide soon.
