falco, sometimes seems to happen at specific times of day - when everyone is logging on at the same time - I've noticed it between 11:30AM to 12:00 noon, and certain other times as well.
Would think you'd be okay now, for example
I've been very busy today but I did try to log on this AM. a little after 10, I think, & got that cute screen: Door Man will be back in 10 minutes, we're doing some maintenance. So, there you have it - they're working on the system.
I've had lots of trouble over the past week or so. Lots of freeze-ups.
It also regularly forgets who I am and I have trouble logging on.
I've not been having troubles but I'm not an insider; might that be the difference? I miss that other cute screen I would see occasionally, something about the #2 subway line? v e r y inside Noo Yawk-
maybe the folks at SE could look into this situation and post a fix.
