That cannot possibly work anymore unless the number of players increases faster than the number of chairs. The reverse is happening. More chairs are added each month than participants in the game. RE is a dead horse game

I disagree: I will bet you $10,000 if you dropped rental prices in all the new rental buildings by 60% tomorrow, almost all the units would be rented within 3 months.
