Looks to be a standard old side-street loft building. Looks sort of mangy, but that's appropriate. $300K mortgage. They seem to be in a pattern of paying down the mortgage, borrowing a little more, paying down some, and so on.
Don't go by the $1.3M sale of 3R (the only one on ACRIS.) That has 130 shares, while 3F has 64.
The usual caveats about small elevator buildings.
