Not sure how an $825K price tag on 700sf on 1st floor can be justified -- especially with the very high $1100/mo maintenance with no amenities in not a very nice building with almost 100% rental studios. Would seem to me that price tag of $1000/sf or $700k would be at the very high end of range for this given the high maintenance and not so nice building, so not sure how the broker arrived at the pricing. Thoughts?
