I strongly suggest you request the Condo Board memo sent out in the spring regarding the mouse infestation problem at 250 E65th. Caveat emptor.

why do you keep bashing this building? I hope your claims of mice and mold are indeed true, because the condo's lawyers can go to court and force Street Easy to unmask your true identity to sue you for slander.
