This landlord (the sponsor) demands a 2month security deposit. Beware! Unfortunately, I still have not seen my deposit back and have learned the hard way that this landlord is not to be trusted.

I hear they deduct one week of your security deposit for every dead mouse you leave behind. Seems fair to me.

Interesting that both you and RobertRules1 start negative threads about 250 East 65 within minutes of each other. Are you sure your not both the same person?
