Discussion about
Has anyone lived in either of these buildings? Can anyone attest to the quality of the management/cleanliness of the buildings? I am not interested in the train debate just the quality of the buildings themselves and wether or not they are well managed. From what I have seen Clinton Hill Coops look great. Clean and decent looking hallways, elevators, etc. Seems like a really active board. Though I love the architecture of the Griffin the hallways and lobby and common areas look AWFUL. Totally run down and shabby which is such a shame....looks like it is falling apart.

You might find the Board of CHC a little too 'active' at times. but usually not too crazy.

But isn't that better for the community as a whole? Just how 'active' are they?
