Sale at 55 Avenue C #4

Don't know about the income restriction, but have been looking in the neighborhood at around this price range and find this place to be priced accordingly. Doesn't mean it isn't overpriced but is on par with other places, east of Avenue A. I've dealt with the broker before and I find he actually knows his stuff and tends to only carry decent places that he moves relatively quickly, for what that's worth.

glamma, a regular poster here, recently bought in that building ... it sounds really great. I think if you use the "search discussions" box to the right, you'll find some discussion about it.
