Discussion about
Where is Wayne, NJ?
It's the place with the relatively stable employment and housing price situation, that keeps the metro area statistics from being even worse than they are.
Wayne is a pretty suburb in NW Jersey.
Wayne is where the bulls on this board got their GEDs.
tsk, tsk, jm. don't you read before you post?
"what's amazing is how much New York City (specifically, Manhattan) wages have dropped in that same time period."
this is of course good for NYCRE prices
all the unemployed now have time to shop for and purchase properties
they can always go back to wayne to live with mom and dad
evrything is quite rosy there--jobs aplenty!!!
go wayne!!
There goes Juicy again, spouting more baseless nonsense. The chart says "New York, NY" Juicy.
Can you not read?!
juicy's kinda broken--no way to spin out form underwater
Geds!!!! Hah, that's a goood one.
Ubottom, I must disagree. Juicy is 'almost' underwater and is trying to bail the titanic with his 64oz big gulp cup. It's a good effort, but fruitless really.

Nah, because it just reminds him that his predictions were off. Ignorance is bliss.
