It's the place with the relatively stable employment and housing price situation, that keeps the metro area statistics from being even worse than they are.

this is of course good for NYCRE prices
all the unemployed now have time to shop for and purchase properties

they can always go back to wayne to live with mom and dad
evrything is quite rosy there--jobs aplenty!!!

Ubottom, I must disagree. Juicy is 'almost' underwater and is trying to bail the titanic with his 64oz big gulp cup. It's a good effort, but fruitless really.
