The joke is on you too..These owners know there are dreamers out there who DONT get it ..YOU are about to lose GREAT WEALTH.. You pooh hoo over a renovation here some kitchen space there.Then you pay 2K for maintenance.. Great opportunities in the burbs ...Live large out here and rent out your tiny spaces until you can get out from underwater mortgages
