Brooklyn 1br walk up sells for the exact same price as in 2007. Check out 60 South Portland #5. What does it show? Nothing-at-all.

Of course, when the 20-30% market numbers are pulled out, the bulls scream that they want specific examples because its not really true (insert some made up ratioanlization here).
Sale recorded for $339,000.
and its still totally overpriced
A small studio in Yorkville with a terrace, for about $1.700-1,800 after tax? It's not bad at all. You know what that small 5th floor walk up 1 bedroom sold for? $375,000.
