Please do not lease here. I signed a lease that was to begin on Oct. 1. They do not even have a certificate of occupancy for the building yet. Also, they do not want to refund my deposit and first months rent ($5000!) when they are in breach of the terms of the lease. Bad business! They have given me the runaround and I have been severely inconvenienced. I have no other choice but to have my landlord/tenant attorney sue this company at this point.
