Anyone have experience with Tudor Realty Management in a co-op? Are they good?

No. They aren't good. They are schlocky. But so is just about every other management company. Tudor's work is no more sloppy and indifferent than most I've dealt with. You ask for a form, they say they'll provide it, they forget. You go to their offices to get the form, they act like they have no idea what you are talking about, then produce a form. You fill out the form and give it to them and they tell you it is outdated and you should have used the newer one. You end up wanted to scream. That's a typical interaction.

In this field, there are few standouts, but they do exist. One company that is a cut above is Charles Greenthal. They seem to always have their stuff together. Relatively lower turnover than others and better work product.
