julia, the renovated one bedrooms will cost about the same as market, generally. they had to get them over $2000 to destabilize them. market plus concessions isn't much higher than that, plus they will be able to add the allowable increases for however many years they've been occupied. but then for the time being at least they are stabilized.

did they say anything about unrenovated v. renovated? because i have to wonder what they're going to do about the unrenovated RS apartments as they become vacant. one bedroom units it may behoove them to renovate, but larger units are a bigger question.
