Manhattan Wages - largest YoY decline in country

Crain's quick bits... "Manhattan's average weekly wage fell 23.4% in the first quarter of 2009, to $2,149 - the largest year-over-year decrease for any county in the country" Overall, its the biggest annual decline (2.5%) since they started counting in 1978.... interestingly enough, without Manhattan, the nation does much better... 1.3% decline.
