Hi - Does anyone know anything (positive or neg) about this building? Thank you for any insight.

A friend of mine rented in this building for awhile, it has really cool pre-war detail and the walls are very thick. We had parties in his apt. a couple of times and had no complaints. It's close to the express train too which was nice. You can get to Times Square in 5 minutes.

Hi LD - Thank you for your comments. I am considering buying a unit in the building. When did your friend rent and could you ask him is the building was well maintained?
