http://img.streeteasy.com/nyc/image/92/2419392.jpg The wall exterior walls aren't straight, here an another plan but sizes I believe are wrong: http://img.streeteasy.com/nyc/image/34/8226234.gif Thanks
my guess is 700 sq ft
700 seems pretty good to me, too, assuming those measurements are somewhat true.
I'd say 620.
closer to 620
Is this the unit?? Seems a bit inflated if they are listing it at 850sq ft

apt 8E
if that's the unit i get +/- 660.
I say 650 to 700, but a lot of wastage in the entry area.
Yea I was trying to figure out dimensions for E line.
First floorplan = 7e
Second 4e/8e
Dimensions are different.
I can't get 700sf no matter how much I round up, how do you guys figure that much?
From an outside square of 30x30= 900sf
minus triangle to account for the angled windows: (5x30)/2=75sf,
and minus 20% for the missing top corner=180sf so a total of 645sf even if I add a foot all around the room dimensions.
where does 30*30 come from?
25*25 gets you pretty close, then adjust from there
I added the room dimensions at their longest point and added a foot for the walls, to get a square plate. I was trying to get to 700sf, but I just can't find them no matter how I measure.
