Discussion about 78 West 85th Street in Upper West Side
Does anyone know the financial situation of this Condo? I have heard it is difficult to get financing for this building because of the number of Sponser owned units.

50-odd units, and not many sold since it condo'd in the mid-1990s.

There was a sale last month. The last before that was 2006. Neither apartment has ever had a UCC1 filed on it, so always cash sales.
