http://www.cnbc.com/id/33468411 the Yankees in the world series gives great exposure to Manhattan real estate as "THE" place to be. Some 22 college graduate in Omaha while watching the world series with a commercial shot of the beautiful Manhattan skyline..."Mom, Dad ya know that condo we talked about you buying me in manhattan I want it!" So for all the increase for manhattan real estate then Go Yankees! otherwise I could care less about some sterioded up, millionare, grown men chasing after a ball. have a great day! :)

and mom and dad in omaha say stuff it, we're just about to run out of unemployment benefits. junior sighs and wonders how he's going to pay his student loans. he doesn't have unemployment because he's never had a full-time job. decides to steal some money from mom's purse and go score some drugs.
