very very unresponsive to a potential new share holder = run like hell, non?

Hey Teeman,

My brother owns a studio at 25 Tudor City place. Tudor City Realty is not his building's management company , but this is what he said when I asked him:

"they don't manage my building. no one seems to like any of the management companies over there. all of the buildings are doorman and maintenance guys through the unions. it makes for awful service (although there are a couple of guys in my building that are good). for the most part, it takes months to get anything done."

I would guess that similar problems will likely happen with your purchase...
