Self certification was an astoundingly moronic idea when it was implemented and NYers are going to suffer from it for 100 years.

i almost bought in this building last year the 1800 sq. ft 1 bd. 1 1/2 bath (last unit from the developer). when we found out the issues (due diligence was intense, and developer was pissed) we ran away. what a nightmare,
