Flowerbox (high end condo) - 10% less than 2007 price

That's actually a pretty strong price, only 10% under peak price in new development. I love that building.

do we know it was peak price? i didn't see the timing within the year...

Yeah, that sounds right. I just didn't know when it actually sold....

Though, if it was new construction then, when did it go to contract. That could be a 2006 price for all we know.

I think the contract was signed in January 2007. Don't know if that was peak yet. Hard to say.

A little before.... but that should only be a couple percent difference I figure.
