What's the new Avg Px/sqft on non-new development ?

Hi all, does anyone have research on what the new price per sq ft is? Not from the realtor machine? Or estimates based on your own findings? In the price range I've been looking at it's $650 low end, and $800 high end. Mainly co-ops, UES, UWS. But it's skewed by the "good deals" I track. Thx.

ACRIS doesn't track square feet, so you have to either query SE or wait for MillerSamuel.

On SE, do a recorded-sales query using the criteria you want, dump to a spreadsheet, and analyze away.

Note that square-feet is sometimes not fed to SE by the brokerages (they know better than to get into that) so you'll be omitting lots of sales. Also, SE limits you to 200 transactions per dump, so you'll have to be tight with your criteria.
