I know that Gumley Haft and Kleier handle a lot of listings in this building. This is because on of the Kleiers lives there. I would reach out to them directly to find out if they know of anything coming up soon.

There was a discussion on price in the comp thread. Interesting to note that a C6 has gone into contract recently, wonder what it will close for considering the big discount on the previous C6 that closed.
