Closing dates?

Can a developer schedule the closing before the occupancy requirements that banks have are met 40-51%? Theres no set date in my purchase aggreement, but it states the seller will give me 30 days written notice. And if I reschedule I will have to pay all fees including interest on the purchase price at the rate of twelve 12% per annum until there is a closing.

the developer should tell you when they are looking to close. if they have no general time frame, may take a while
