I'm looking for almost the same thing but don't care about the 2nd bath. I'm assuming you've already gone through all the streeteasy listings, right?

yup - figure might find someone on here before they go to a broker -- or where exclusivity is about to expire -- was about to close on one apt then higher bid came in - building has major problems (mold flooding etc) - -wondering if new higher bidder will go through with it -- we shall see
