Corporate Rentals

I am living in one of the West Midtown rental buildings that, I didn't know until I moved in, is dotted with many "Corporate Furnished Rental Apartments" The problem with these apartments is that many of them are rented outside the guidelines of "legal" Corporate Rentals. I've seen apartments that have been rented for the weekend by groups of tenants. Although I am merely a renter and considered a transient tenant compared to an owner I still feel uncomfortable being surrounded by a bunch of discount hunting tourists.
