THREE MILLION DOLLARS? Comparable rent over $8,000?? For two bedrooms on 85th Street? Does that include daily maid, cook, errand boy, and masseuse? For $6000/month you can get three bedrooms and two baths on the 23rd floor of a brand-new high rise (doorman building) in DUMBO with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the entire city, not just a couple windows overlooking East 85th Street! Keep chopping the price, honey. Oh and by the way, show us a freakin' floor plan while you're at it. This place is worth $800K tops.

SE does have a floorplan for it, at http://img.streeteasy.com/nyc/image/5/4185905.gif. You can see why the seller and broker chose not to show it.

Hmm. I actually like this floorplan.

But that doesn't mean the apartment is worth more than $800K.
