Discussion about GRAHAM COURT APARTMENTS at 1921 Adam C Powell Boulevard in South Harlem
Does anyone have any information on this building? Who are the owners? Are there any plans for the building. Are rentals advertised anywhere? Anything at all would be greatly appreciated.

I have friends that live in this building. In their opinion, the owner has no immediate plans to make any changes. Although, there is always speculation re: going co-op. The apartments are huge & amazing..and subsequently rarely come to market.

The last couple of listings were with the same broker, so try him. Or the owner at

80 of the 100 apartments are stabilized, so not a lot of turnover.
