I need to sell my contract in the 505 bldg. They did a beautiful job and I loved it, but just can't get the financing I could have gotten a year ago. Know of anyone who might be interested? Closing is soon. HELP! ccook529@gmail.com

tell us more then that if you want to get rid of it. How much for starters

ccook1: you need to tell us more. size of the apartment? what floor? contract price? how much you have put down? maintenance? taxes? coop or condo?, etc.
