Discussion about
i hear there is a full 3br available for ~$1mm - high floor, but they need to close asap. i'm sure it requires renovation, but at this price seems like a steal if one has the cash available.. someone will get lucky and snatch it thoughts?

Are you the listing broker? Since when 1M is cheap?

there is no broker on the sale. "cheap" has always been a relative term

i'm not the seller, this is not 28G, I think higher floor. you should go and ask the building management for the sales package. As i said - i think all action has to happen in a matter of days

Shame you're still a novice at RE yet you're clearly a broker or a shill for one. Not a shock, though.

I think this is the seller. Who knows that he's going to take a major hit. So he's trying to do his own viral marketing.

Well, if the seller is reading the thread - here's the best strategy. Put the apt on NYT online this weekend, OH (it's going to be nice on Sun.). Ask 899k, have all the info on the bldg ready.

judging jerkstore's ability to make deductions I would guess he will never be a Sherlock Holmes. Not a shock though
